We're seeking a dynamic, solutions-oriented commercial lawyer to lead our Legal team. The Legal team has been integral to Thirdfort's growth story, working closely with the founders, C-suite, and all teams across the business to help achieve our goals. <li>Providing strategic legal advice to the co—founders, C-Suite and broader leadership team as required.</li><li>Set and manage objectives and key results for the team and contribute to the broader planning and management requirements of the business.</li><li>Line management responsibility for a trainee solicitor.</li><li>Support Commercial teams to manage and close a wide variety of commercial deals with clients and partners. Improving legal and contracting processes, playbooks and templates.</li><li>Enable Commercial teams by helping answer questions and solve problems on privacy, commercial law, AI and more.</li><li>Manage the legal aspects of Supplier contracts, draft and negotiate outbound SaaS agreements, complex technology contracts, and key vendor agreements. Constantly iterate on the process for managing suppliers alongside other key procurement colleagues</li><li>Responsibility for managing and constantly iterating on the company’s data privacy compliance program.</li><li>Work with the founders, trainee solicitor and external counsel on potential corporate transactions i.e. fund raising or M&amp;A</li><li>Report to the FCA in line with the company’s Open Banking licences</li><li>Think about how the legal team can work more efficiently and support the needs of the business as they develop, considering process, people or tool improvement.</li><li>Coordinate and implement any commercial litigation needs of the business.</li><div><br></div><div>This is a London based role. RevOps Manager at Thirdfort

We are looking for an excellent Revenue Operations manager to maximise value across our sales pipeline and client portfolio.
This role will own and implement the strategy for the RevOps tech stack and partner with the Commercial leaders to design and implement processes as well as driving performance through surfacing data led insights and analyses.

Sitting in the Finance & Analytics team this role will report in to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and will work closely with both Finance and Analytics giving direct access to the data pipeline to provide best in class analysis and reporting to support the full Commercial team.

If you have experience in leading and implementing Salesforce strategy, a passion for designing and implementing slick processes and an inquisitive and proactive nature to understand underlying performance drivers then this role could definitely be for you.

For this role, we would love this person to be able to join us in our offices a couple of times a week as being together as a team is valuable for us but ultimately, we trust our team to decide what works best for them.


<li>Building on our current Commercial tech stack by taking ownership of the strategy and architecture for Salesforce and integrations with other tooling (incl. Hubspot &amp; Zendesk), ensuring these are optimised for efficiency, data capture and reporting.</li><li>Own and deliver commercial management information reporting, holding Commercial leaders to account against targets and helping them understand their performance.</li><li>Design and implement process improvements across Commercial (and later Tech) functions that improve performance and surface insights.</li><li>Manage sales funnel reporting and use data driven insights to optimise go to market strategies.</li><li>Partner with Commercial leaders to support them in exceeding their targets by providing data driven insights on performance and identifying threats and opportunities to their team’s performance.</li>

You will achieve your mission as our RevOps manager by:
