    You pay a monthly Platform fee, then buy credits for the checks you run. Subscribe to your estimated yearly usage for discounted credits, or buy credit bundles as you need them.

    No, we only charge for checks that are completed. Most of your clients will find their checks easy to complete. For anyone who gets stuck, our UK-based support team is on hand to help them through the app, so you don't need to guide clients through their checks yourself.

    Our contracts run for 12 months. You can buy the credits used for checks in the way that suits you, and all credits are valid for two years. If you need more, you can buy them without restarting your contract.

    Our UK-based support team is on hand to help you and your clients. You and your team can find support articles in the CDD Platform, or speak to us by live chat, email or phone.
    If your clients run into any problems, they can contact our support team through the Thirdfort app, by email or by phone. So questions from your clients don't land on your team.
